Profile
Myles spent ten years shaping Mindful Chef into one of the UK’s leading purpose-led brands; a company built on values, community and measurable impact. As co-founder, he held responsibility for culture and social and environmental responsibility from day one, driving a decade of decisions that put people and the planet at the centre of commercial growth.

Under his leadership, Mindful Chef became the first recipe box to certify as a B Corp and went on to rank in the top 3% of food companies globally. The business delivered more than 30 million meals across the UK, donated over a million through The Felix Project, and partnered with One Feeds Two to provide 20+ million school meals to children living in poverty.

Myles also led some of the company’s most forward-thinking initiatives; from launching an industry-first low-carbon recipe range that saved over 4,000 tonnes of carbon, to implementing a regenerative agriculture programme within the supply chain, to building strategic partnerships with Vitality, Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation.

Community was the heartbeat of his work. He developed a national engagement programme that became an industry benchmark, including the UK’s largest annual coast clean and the much-loved Reverse Advent Calendar. He also built an ambassador network that brought in household names such as Fearne Cotton, Ben Fogle, Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill and Ella Mills.

Myles speaks with grounded clarity about scaling a mission-driven brand — the setbacks, the values-led decisions, and the belief that kept three friends from Devon moving forward when the odds weren’t in their favour. His message is rooted in lived experience: culture compounds, community builds resilience, and purpose is a strategic choice.
