We’re not the story - our speakers are. But how we curate, advise, and hold the standard reflects where we’ve come from and what we believe in.

Tracey Duke - Talent & Client Director

​

Tracey’s career began in television and later moved into publishing, where she has spent over two decades interviewing and working alongside some of the world’s most exceptional individuals—from Olympians and global CEOs to covert special forces leaders.

​

Across that time, she has shaped hundreds of stories, helped new voices find their message, and built a reputation for placing talent with care, clarity, and integrity. Her instinct lies in understanding people. She sees the through-line between story, character, and audience—and knows how to bring those elements together in a way that resonates.

​

At Holo, she leads speaker strategy and client alignment, working closely with both sides to ensure each voice lands exactly where it should. Alongside her placement work, Tracey also delivers speaker training for emerging and established talent, helping them refine their message, own their voice, and step confidently into the room.

Christophe Ridley - Business Director

​

Christophe is an international rugby referee, trusted to lead in high-stakes moments on the global stage. He’s part of the England Rugby environment and has officiated some of the sport’s most high profile test matches - where trust, clarity, and composure are non-negotiable.

​

Off the field, he works with leadership teams across sport and business, bringing lived insight into high-pressure decision-making and team culture. At Holo, he anchors business direction and ensures every room we support is held with precision.
