Profile

Helen Richardson-Walsh is a long-standing England and Great Britain international and an Olympic Gold medallist. She was part of the Team GB group that rebuilt between 2014 and 2016, and she understands what it takes behind the scenes to build high performance environments.

Her sessions are grounded and practical. She speaks on communication, trust and standards in a way that is easy for organisations to apply, particularly when pressure makes teams either blunt, quiet, or reactive.

Helen is openly LGBTQ+ and is married to her teammate, Kate Richardson-Walsh. Together, they bring rare credibility on belonging and performance inside elite environments, and on why people perform better when they do not have to edit who they are to be accepted.
