Dodge Woodall is a Bournemouth-based entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience building businesses across festivals, sport, live events, tech and media. He’s founded and grown five start-ups, still runs two today, and has exited two.

His work is rooted in operational reality: balancing teams, staff, suppliers, and family while figuring it out in real time.
Dodge’s success speaks for itself, but what stands out to us at Holo, is his very human side. He listens deeply and asks questions that get to the core quickly. He genuinely cares about the people he engages with and the companies he builds.

In 2025, Dodge was recognised for his contribution to entrepreneurship and the wider business community, by being inducted into the Great British Entrepreneurs Hall of Fame; a prestigious acknowledgement.

He’s best known as the founder of the Bournemouth 7s Festival, and as the host of Eventful Lives; a show listed in the top 0.5% of podcasts globally. Reaching 187 countries, he has recorded more than 350 interviews with guests from sport, business and military, amassing over 100m+ views.
